Our Guarantee We believe that our products are of the highest standard possible for the price we charge and we try to provide the best possible service to you. If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify Natural Farm Health either over the telephone or by e-mail, within 10 days of receiving the goods. Call our Customer Service Helpline (UK residents: 028 9265 1525, Residents of other countries: +44 (28) 92 651525) for assistance with your return. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it recorded post. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by Natural Farm Health, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added where shown. All other orders are VAT free. Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are entered on PayPal's secure servers which are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Your credit/ debit card details will never be held in clear text on our web site or any company computer. Liability Natural Farm Health accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to property or purely economic loss resulting from use of products sold on this site. This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. As with all provisions in this document, they are set out in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and most particularly that of Northern Ireland. |
