Shipping and handling

Delivery within NI is £9 plus VAT for quantities up to 30 kg
Delivery to ROI and GB is £15 plus VAT for quantities up to 10 kg
Pallets within NI (up to 750kg) is £37.50 plus VAT
Pallets to ROI and GB are £75 plus VAT

If you live outside the British Isles, shipping & handling is charged at cost - please contact us before puchasing to arrange a delivery quote.

Items that are heavy, bulky, long or a “low value yet heavy” item will carry a DELIVERY SURCHARGE on the first item and each additional item ordered. This allows us to offer products on our website which normally would be uneconomical to sell due to carrier surcharges. These surcharges apply irrespective of order value, and vary according to item. We will advise you of the delivery surcharge (if applicable) prior to dispatching your order.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you within three to five working days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
